FIA GT3 - Castellacci and Leo take the 2011 title at the wheel of the AF Corse 458 Italia GT3

Zandvoort Circuit Park in the Netherlands was the scene of this weekend’s final round of the FIA GT3 championship which saw the title in this highly competitive international series go to Federico Leo and Francesco Castellacci. The two young drivers of the AF Corse 458 Italia GT3 took the title with a ninth and fourth place in the Zandvoort double header. The title came at the end of a season that saw them always among the front runners, getting ever more confident with the car and getting to know the team as the season progressed, taking the crown with a series of strong results. Castellacci also takes the “Michelin Award” for being the fastest driver throughout the season.
