Ferrari success in GT Sprint: the Black Team Ferrari 458 takes both wins at the Hungaroring

Andrea Palma continues his winning ways in the GT Sprint, which was held this weekend, in conjunction with the European Ferrari Challenge at the Hungaroring. Despite the fact the Roman driver had to start Race 2 from the back, because of a drive-through penalty for jumping the start, the Black Team driver then moved up from seventh to first with some spectacular overtaking, at the wheel of his Ferrari 458 GT2. As in Race 1, behind Palma was the similar car of Mario Cordoni (Ferrari 458 GT3, Ombra Racing Team,) which stretched its lead in the GTS3 class over closest rivals, Roberto Benedetti and Roberto Del Castello, who were third in both legs in the RC Motorsport Corvette. Roberto Delli Guanti came out on top in the GTS Cup Trophy, at the wheel of the Kessel Racing Ferrari 430.
The next round of the GT Sprint series, again on the same card as the European Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli, takes place at Spa on 15 July.
