Hungarian GP - Alonso increases his lead

A difficult race but the gap has grown in our favour. Fernando Alonso can go on holiday with a 40 point lead over the second placed man in the championship, Webber. The Spaniard finished fifth with Felip Massa coming home ninth, his race affected by a less than perfect start, which cost him three places. Apart from that, the Brazilian managed to run his race at the pace of those directly ahead of him. As expected, Hamilton won the Grand Prix, being clearly the quickest, finishing ahead of the Lotus duo of Raikkonen and Grosjean. Vettel was fourth and both Webber and Button finished behind Fernando. Not exactly a thrilling race, with few passing moves, but this is the Hungaroring and that’s what we have come to expect here, despite the KERS and DRS.
