Bahrain GP - A tough time to get into the points

Scuderia Ferrari ended the Bahrain Grand Prix with an eighth place for Fernando Alonso and a fifteenth for Felipe Massa. The outcome for both men was affected by difficulties during the race. As from lap 7, Alonso had problems with his DRS. After two pits stops in which the mechanics tried to fix it, the Spaniard had to race without it for the rest of the afternoon. His race was therefore something of a struggle and eighth place at the flag was the most he could do. Massa also had an unlucky afternoon, suffering no less than two punctures which saw him pit a total of four times, as did Alonso, and the Brazilian was unable to make it into the points. Sebastian Vettel won the race.
