Three Ferraris in the top ten at Silverstone

There was little luck for the nine Ferraris competing in the third round of the British GT Championship today at Silverstone. The best result in the race – which was won by the Ecurie Ecosse BMW in the hands of Marco Attard and Oliver Bryant – was the fifth place for the AF Corse car driven by Duncan Cameron and Matt Griffin. The other two 458s of the Piacenza-based team both came home in the top ten: Wyatt-Rugolo finished the three hours of racing in seventh place, Dhillon-Scott in eighth.
The 458 of the Rosso Verde team driven by Lester-Simonsen, which was leading at the end of the second hour, slipped to eleventh place at the flag ahead of the 458 of Eastwood-Barff (FF Corse). These were the results of the other Ferraris competing in the race: 18th Burton-Wilcox (MTech), 19th Duyver-Holling (FF Corse, 458 Challenge), 20th McNeilly-Stanley (FF Corse, F430 GT3), 27th Palmer-Bobbi (Vita4one Italy).
